The Accidental Cake Girl

The goal of this blog is to document my quest for knowledge about cake and to share the things I learn with our valued customers at Ludger’s Cakes in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  However, since there may be about 1 or 2 people who are curious about who is writing these words I will tell you a bit about me:    The accidental cake girl…I say this because I want to be honest about where I come from.  I am a newbie and I admit it :)  However, now that I have landed in this industry I couldn’t be happier!  I am a geek in most senses of the word…and that still applies even though I am now calculating how many people can eat a 4 tiered wedding cake instead of partial differential equations.  I am absolutely addicted to researching things until I have no more questions.  The more I learn about fun things to do with cake the more I WANT to learn.  And so the inception of this blog…for me to learn…and share with you!
